Hope you are all having a fabulous day. Today I wanted to share my summer fragrance with you. As you all know I absolutely love Bath and Body Works and I especially love their fragrances. At the moment I’m loving their Lush Pink Dragonfruit fragrance mist. It’s a very sweet, fruity scent which I love. I love sweet scents quite a lot and this one actually makes me think of a summer’s day at the beach, drinking a yummy mocktail. If you like fruity scents and a day at the beach this one is for you. I got this one on sale, and it was actually a limited edition scent, so I’m super happy I found it. And of course the packaging colour is my fave!
This outfit reminds me of a chic parisian summer day. I imagine that I would wear this walking along the Seine with a crepe or croissant in hand. I love the pop of colour that the little yellow bag adds and the boyfriend jeans are an absolute winner. I don’t own a pair of black stiletto heels at the moment and feel that the are a style staple. The Breton striped shirt is of course what makes this outfit “Parisian” and the cropped versions have been seen absolutely everywhere.
And there you have it. Some Parisian summer style inspiration for you 🙂
hope you like it!

Hey! Hope you have all had a productive start to the week and have a chance to have some tea and cake in your break time, or indulge in something relaxing and special to de stress.
Yesterday I decided to go for a very casual chic outfit. I decided to pair my favourite shorts with a grey top and a cropped cardigan. It’s the kind of outfit that I really enjoy wearing on hot days. I think that the shorts add a chicness to the outfit because of the cute tie around belt and the structure that they have. I bought them a few years ago and I have a patterned pair. There was also a brown suede pair in my size that I absolutely adored, but never bought. boo!! I’m attempting to update my blog daily so stay tuned for more outfit posts in the future.
Sorry for the lack of makeup, but I only decided to put makeup on later on in the evening before going out.
I was wearing a matching outfit with one of my favourite bloggers Kristina Bazan!! Matching colour way for the win, great minds think alike 😉 Need to get myself some pretty Valentino heels though! swoon..

Today I wanted to share some classic summer styles to keep you inspired to be as chic as possible this summer. I recently went to a hotel for a weekend stay and saw all these ladies that just looked really classy in their swimwear and big floppy hats. I always feel a bit out of place as I’m not always sure how to style myself by the beach. I usually go for a pair of denim shorts and a tank top, or a patterned playsuit over my bikini. I’m not all that creative when it comes to beach dressing for some reason. I had a straw hat for like two minutes before it disappeared from my sight a few years ago. Therefore, this post is to inspire you the reader but also myself, to take more risks and take notes from some of the world’s classic fashion icons.
I hope this helps! A lot of these are Jackie Kennedy, who is such a fashion icon and who seemed to look flawless when on holiday. And I added Diana and Grace because we all love a Princess on holiday!
1. Audrey Hepburn
2. Grace Kelly
3. Jacqueline Kennedy on a yacht
4. Jacqueline in Capri
5. Jacqueline Kennedy wearing a silk scarf
6. Jacqueline Kennedy in a gingham dress
7. Vogue April 1973
8. Classy beach style
9. Princess Diana in a black bathing suit and scarf
10. Princess Diana in an animal print bathing suit, in St Tropez, 1997

Happy Summer Holidays!
I celebrated my 22nd Birthday on Wednesday of this week, the 14th of May. I decided to try something new with my hair and wear some bright pink lipstick. The dress is a bargain find from the clothing section in Carrefour. What I like most about the look is that it’s so me. I love wearing strapless maxi dresses especially when the weather begins to get on the warmer side. I think there is something so simple and elegant about it. I also realise that I’m not wearing shoes in this post, and I hadn’t put on my earrings yet either! Shock horror, but I really enjoyed having a chill day at home doing my hair and spending a little extra time me time (My mom even cleaned up my eyebrows), so I don’t really mind that I don’t look perfect.
What I wore:
Watch: Michael Kors (birthday gift to myself!)
Lipstick/lipgloss: Rimmel Apocalips in 102 Nova
Foundation: MAC Studio Fix in NW35
Blush: MAC Sheertone Shimmer Blush in Sweet as Cocoa
