Hello lovelies,
I celebrated my 22nd Birthday on Wednesday of this week, the 14th of May. I decided to try something new with my hair and wear some bright pink lipstick. The dress is a bargain find from the clothing section in Carrefour. What I like most about the look is that it’s so me. I love wearing strapless maxi dresses especially when the weather begins to get on the warmer side. I think there is something so simple and elegant about it. I also realise that I’m not wearing shoes in this post, and I hadn’t put on my earrings yet either! Shock horror, but I really enjoyed having a chill day at home doing my hair and spending a little extra time me time (My mom even cleaned up my eyebrows), so I don’t really mind that I don’t look perfect.

It’s been a beautiful, sunny day today in Dubai and I’ve been very productive as well 🙂 Yay for productivity! I also decided to wear my denim shirt today and show off my happy outfit. It’s probably not the most exciting outfit you’ve ever seen, but I just had to take a photo of it. It was a bit different to my normal style, as I’ve never worn the shirt this way before and it’s super bright. It also reminded me of a super nineties outfit! And as a 90’s gal myself, it excited me a lot. It just feels like such a summery day today. what do you think?

Today I’m feeling a bit tired and I’m desperately wishing for this semester to end. So I need some cheering up. Nikki Phillippi is my Youtube fave, and who better to cheer me up than the queen of happy herself. It was a rainy day today and I wore the most random outfit ever…however, I should have opted for this fun and happy outfit. I especially love the boots and the leather jacket and I have most of these items in my closet, Her hair looks awesome as always and she’s the picture of health with her water bottle in her hand.
I’m thinking of possibly doing a weekly #OOTD… what you do think? I hope I can end up looking as cute as Nikki!
