Be Yourself

Be Yourself

“Always be yourself, unless you can be a unicorn, then always be a unicorn.” -anon

I’ve been feeling quite strange lately, like I want to change some big things in my life, but I’m afraid of making these changes. I’m afraid of what people will think of me. And sometimes I feel quite out of place because I like things that not everyone likes. But I think the biggest decision I can make is to just be myself, make the changes I want for myself and just be who I am. Because: the ones who care don’t matter and the ones who matter don’t care.

Just relax, do what you’re doing and just be yourself! However, weird and wonderful that is!

Ben Brown’s motto

Ben Brown's motto

I watch Ben Brown’s daily vlogs on Youtube nearly everyday and I think he’s a really positive, inspirational and cool guy. I hope to one day have a life as productive and fun as his. He’s also very talented and you NEED to check out his Visual Vibes videos, especially his recent India one. Totally worth the watch!

Now let’s all: Remember to work hard. Be nice to people. And try not to get lost or killed. ❤

Super awesome cardio workout by Amanda Russel

Hey y’all I think I found my new favourite fitness trainer, she used to be a 10,000m athlete and is so awesome.
I did this exact workout last week and found that it was really great for improving fitness and working out your whole body. I’m passionate about fitness and health and feel like I should get into a much healthier lifestyle. If you do Amanda’s workout about three times a week, you’ll be getting fit fast! And have that beach body that everybody seems to be talking about this time of year!

Thinking like Audrey

Thinking like Audrey

Audrey Hepburn once said: “I have to be alone very often. I’d be quite happy if I spent from Saturday night until Monday morning alone in my apartment. That’s how I refuel.”

Glad to know someone like Audrey felt the same way I do. I think it’s good to learn how to be alone and I think it’s important to know that not all people are extroverts who just love being out with people at parties all the time. It’s ok to like being at home, as long as you also remember to spend time with the people you love, there’s not much else that matters. you don’t need to impress everybody. Be true to yourself.

Thank you for that lesson Audrey.
